Fire Room is an upmarket restaurant which is famed for its 'on fire' signature sushi. They are well known for their quality of food and delicious sushi.
It gives me joy to rate the fanciest restaurants on their potato chips. I should think that no restaurant should ever get too big for its boots to neglect the humble potato.
So, how do their potato chips stand up to scrutiny?
I ordered a steak which came with a side of fries
Profile: skinny fries
Cooked: evenly. Soft and fluffy on the inside, slight crisp on the surface.
Spiced: served with cheese sauce and a memory of spice (not enough spice at all)
Portion size: average
Overall: 3/5 average potato rating. Underwhelming spice and flavour profile.
